As mentioned on the phone, Thank you very much for your review. We take issues very seriously and are always striving to do better, and reviews help us to do that. I do apologise that you received less than desirable service from one of our staff and we will look into that and use this as a training moment.

Regarding not selling lids with the bottles. We do sell lids with the bottles. Our product pages are defaulted to not include lids as not everyone who purchases from us needs lids; as well as some bottles have many diffident lids options. To select lids, you will see a drop down menu (Select your Lids) on the right side (PC) or below (mobile) the pictures where you can select your lids. Once selected the total amount will adjust automatically to reflect the cost and the picture will change to show you the lid selected. All order confirmations list what has been ordered, and if no lids were selected, these will say 'no lids'.

We assume that when no lids are selected, the customer does not require them. But in future, we will contact these customers before shipping to confirm this.
