Very bad service from Mbali and others

Bad service, really terrible customer service from Mbali, not responding to emails, no communications. I begged to know if the order has been shipped yet it was not but claimed it was, couldnt getvtracking info. No one seemed to care, writing multiple emails even to Wayne. This was not my first order with them, but this time i really god bad service

All of us here work hard to ensure quick service and honest communication and are disappointed when a customer does not receive good service from us. Every time you emailed me, I followed up with your order immediately and received the same info as you from the dispatch team. Even though your order was logged with the courier to send, there does seem to have been a delay in them accepting the goods. I do not know why that was but do apologise that this was not communicated to you.
